Step-by-step

Open the Easypaisa app and sign in
Launch Easypaisa and log in with your PIN or fingerprint. New users register with a mobile number and CNIC first.

Select 'Bill Payments' then 'Electricity'
On the home screen tap Bill Payments, then choose Electricity from the utility categories.

Pick your distribution company
Choose your DISCO. The reference number only works under its own company, so match it exactly.

Enter your reference number and fetch the bill
Type the 14-digit reference number with no spaces and tap Next. Easypaisa pulls the live amount, bill month and due date.

Verify the amount against your bill
Check the payable amount and due date on screen match your paper bill before you continue.

Confirm and pay
Tap Pay and confirm with your PIN. The amount leaves your Easypaisa balance and the bill is marked paid.

Keep the receipt and transaction ID
Save the success screen and the SMS Transaction ID. It is your proof until the next bill shows the amount cleared.
