What we cannot do
We cannot change, correct or cancel your official bill, and we cannot fix a meter fault, a wrong reading or a connection problem. Only your distribution company can do that. For a billing dispute, a new connection, or an outage, contact your DISCO helpline or visit its divisional office with your reference number and the disputed bill.
Before you write
If a bill will not open, first confirm that all 14 digits of your reference number match your latest bill. Many issues come from a single mistyped digit. If it still will not load, a new connection may not have generated its first bill yet, or the official portal may be briefly down. Try again after a few minutes.
