We designed the bill checker to work without an account. You do not sign up, and you do not give us your name, address or phone number to view a bill. The information we handle falls into three groups.
- Reference numbers. You enter a 14-digit reference number to open a bill. We use it only to build the link to your bill and do not store it against your identity.
- Contact form data. If you message us, we collect the name, email and message you provide so we can reply. We keep these messages to handle your request and for our records.
- Automatic data. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the time of your visit.
How we use your information
We use the information to run the site, answer your messages, understand which pages help people, keep the service secure, and show advertising that funds the free tool. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your reference number for marketing.

Legal framework in Pakistan
We handle data in line with applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) and any data protection legislation as it comes into force. Where data is processed by international providers such as Google, that processing follows their own privacy commitments.
Log files
Our servers automatically record standard log information when you load a page. A log entry may include your internet protocol (IP) address, the browser and device you use, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. We use these logs to run the service, spot abuse, and diagnose technical faults. Log data is aggregate by nature and is not used to build a profile of you as a named individual.
Lawful basis for processing
We process the limited data we hold on clear grounds. We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website for essential operations and fraud prevention. When you send a message, we process it to answer you, which is a step you asked us to take.
International data transfers
Some of our providers, including Google, operate servers outside Pakistan.
