Our mission

Nobody should stand in a queue to see their own bill

BillsCheck.pk is run by a small team based in Pakistan with years of hands-on experience in utility billing and consumer web services. We build and maintain the site, write the guides, and keep tariff information current.

We are consumers of these same bills, so we know the frustration of a missing bill, a surprise surcharge, or a jump in units that nobody explained. That lived experience shapes every page we publish — from a tenant in Lahore checking a first LESCO bill to a shopkeeper in Quetta tracking monthly QESCO units.

Check any bill

Enter a 14-digit reference number and read the current bill instantly.

Duplicate bills

Print a bank-accepted copy or save it as a PDF, free of charge.

Tariff guides

Plain-language guides on slabs, taxes, surcharges and disputes.

Due-date help

See the due date up front and avoid the 10% late surcharge.

Why you can trust us

Built on experience, checked against official sources

Experience

We pay these bills ourselves. Guides come from real LESCO, MEPCO and IESCO bills we have read, disputed and paid — not from theory.

Expertise

Years of work in utility billing and consumer web services. We explain slabs, FPA and surcharges with specific numbers, not vague claims.

Authoritativeness

Bill figures come from official PITC billing data tied to your reference number. Tariffs follow the schedules NEPRA notifies.

Trustworthiness

We never ask for money, passwords or personal details to show your bill. Ads are marked clearly and we disclose exactly how we operate.

Where our information comes from

Official data, never edited by us

Electricity bills in Pakistan are issued by the distribution companies and hosted through the Power Information Technology Company (PITC). When you check a bill here, the figures come from that official billing data tied to your reference number. We do not create, edit or store your bill amounts.

Tariff and slab figures on our company pages follow the schedules that the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) notifies, and we update them when NEPRA revises the rates.

Editorial standards

How every guide gets published

  1. 1

    Written from official sources

Every guide starts from NEPRA notifications, DISCO announcements and real bills — never from rumour.

  2. 2

    Fact-checked before it goes live

A second reviewer verifies names, rates and dates against the source before publishing.

  3. 3

    Revised when rules change

When NEPRA revises a rate or a DISCO changes a process, we update the page and note the change.

  4. 4

    Advertising kept separate

We never publish sponsored opinions disguised as advice. Ads are clearly marked and never alter our guidance.

Independence & transparency

BillsCheck.pk is an independent website. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or acting for LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, PITC, NEPRA or any government body. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the service each page covers. We earn revenue from clearly marked advertising, which keeps the tool free for everyone.

Honest answers

Questions people ask about us

No. We are an independent, privately run website. Bills are issued by your distribution company and hosted by PITC; we simply give you a fast, free way to reach yours. For official matters, each company page lists the DISCO helpline.

Yes, completely. We never charge for viewing, printing or saving a bill, and we never ask for your name, phone number or any account. The site is funded by clearly marked advertising.

Directly from the official PITC billing system tied to your 14-digit reference number. We do not create, edit or store bill amounts, so what you see matches the official record at the moment you check.

Tariff and slab figures follow the schedules notified by NEPRA. When NEPRA revises rates, we update the pages and note the change. Always read the exact figure printed on your own bill for payment.

You only ever enter a reference number, which identifies a connection, not a person. We do not ask for CNIC numbers, passwords or payment details, and we do not store the bills you view.

Nationwide coverage

Every distribution company in Pakistan

From Peshawar to Karachi division boundaries, we cover all 11 DISCOs so one bookmark works for your whole family.
