About Us

BillsCheck.pk is a free online service that helps people across Pakistan check their electricity bill using a 14-digit reference number. We cover all eleven power distribution companies: LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, HESCO, SEPCO and QESCO. The goal is simple. Nobody should have to stand in a queue at the DISCO office or search for a lost paper bill just to find out what they owe and when it is due.

Who we are

BillsCheck.pk is run by a small team based in Pakistan that has spent years working with utility billing and consumer web services. We build and maintain the site, write the guides, and keep the tariff information current. We are consumers of these same bills, so we know the frustration of a missing bill, a surprise surcharge, or a jump in units that nobody explained. That experience shapes every page we publish.

What we do

We give households and small businesses a fast way to reach their electricity bill. You enter your reference number, and we take you to your current bill so you can read the amount payable, the due date, the units consumed and the billing month. You can then print the bill or save it as a PDF. Alongside the checker, we publish plain guides on reading your bill, understanding tariff slabs, disputing a wrong charge and paying on time.

Who we serve

Our readers range from a tenant in Lahore checking a first LESCO bill to a shopkeeper in Quetta tracking monthly QESCO units. Farmers on tube-well connections, landlords managing several meters, and families budgeting for a hot Multan summer all use the site. It works on a basic Android phone and costs nothing.

Where our information comes from

Electricity bills in Pakistan are issued by the distribution companies and hosted through the Power Information Technology Company (PITC). When you check a bill, the figures come from that official billing data tied to your reference number. We do not create, edit or store your bill amounts. Tariff and slab figures on our company pages follow the schedules that the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) notifies, and we update them when NEPRA revises the rates.

Our editorial standards

Every guide is written by our editorial team and checked against official sources before it goes live. We name real entities, use specific numbers, and avoid vague claims. When a rate or rule changes, we revise the page and note it. We do not publish sponsored opinions disguised as advice, and we mark advertising clearly.

Independence and transparency

BillsCheck.pk is an independent website. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or acting for LESCO, MEPCO, FESCO, IESCO, GEPCO, PESCO, TESCO, HAZECO, HESCO, SEPCO, QESCO, PITC, NEPRA or any government body. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the service each page covers. We earn revenue from advertising, which keeps the tool free for everyone.

Why you can trust us

We keep the site fast, honest and current. We tell you plainly when a bill has to be viewed on the official portal, we explain where your reference number lives, and we never ask you to pay us to see your own bill. If something on the site is out of date or unclear, we want to hear about it. Reach us through the contact page and we will look into it.
